Tools for A Successful Marriage Within the Body of Christ

The Ministry of Marriage:
Set Up for Failure?

Imagine if a new convert, a person who just accepted Jesus Christ, requested to pastor a church. The Church leaders would never allow such a reckless act. The leaders would rightfully show that person they are not ready. That new convert would have to sit under years of training as mentioned earlier (2 Timothy 2:14-15 NKJV).
Why then do leaders of the body of Christ, allow two people without a calling or training in vital areas of communication, finance, parenting, and conflict resolution to come and request to enter the ministry of marriage?
Marriage vows are pledged and sealed with the word till death do us part. Couples reattempting marriage should be recommended to go through a period of therapeutic healing, to assist the individual in overcoming the trauma, heartache, and fears of failure, among other residues of a broken marriage (dream).
